Outreach toolkit

Help another church find ChurchShare.

Print the one-page flyer for your church council or notice board, or copy a ready-made message for email and WhatsApp.

ChurchShare

Churches helping churches.

Give what you can. Receive what you need. Totally free of charge, and hopefully it will stay that way.

Got something spare?

Chairs, tables, sound and AV kit, projectors, kids' and youth resources, kitchen equipment. List it in minutes and bless another church.

Need something?

Church plants and growing churches can browse what's offered or post what they're looking for in Wanted.

How it works

  1. Your church registers and is approved by the ChurchShare team.
  2. List items you no longer need, or post what you're looking for.
  3. Connect with the other church and arrange collection or shipping between you.
  4. Both churches confirm, and the gift is complete.

For church leaders and councils

ChurchShare is a free UK platform where churches give away equipment they no longer need to other churches. Chairs, sound desks, projectors, kids' resources: if it's sitting in a cupboard, it could be another church's answered prayer. No buying or selling, totally free of charge. Approved churches only. https://churchshare.co.uk

For church administrators and property teams

Clearing out a store room or refurbishing? Before anything goes in a skip, list it on ChurchShare so another church can use it. It takes a couple of minutes, it's free, and you arrange collection or shipping directly with the other church. https://churchshare.co.uk/give

For AV and production teams

Upgraded your mixer, mics, speakers or projector? Your old working kit could launch a church plant's Sunday. List it free on ChurchShare and pass it on to a church that needs it. https://churchshare.co.uk/give

For church planters

Planting or revitalising on a shoestring? ChurchShare connects you with established churches giving away chairs, PA, projectors and more, free. Post what you need in Wanted and let generous churches find you. https://churchshare.co.uk/wanted
